We urgently need incredible, caring people to join our team of brilliant support workers across the country providing vital support for young people with a different set of conditions. Our Support Workers are positive, committed and passionate about changing the lives of young people .

What is a support worker?

Put simply, being a support worker means directly supporting people with a condition.

You will assist them in achieving the lifestyle they desire. This may involve various tasks such as preparing meals, managing finances, or planning outings and activities such as craft projects.

The process of building trust, creating opportunities, and fostering potential with individuals may differ for each person, but the ultimate goal is to support them in developing relationships and participating in their local communities. While it may not always be easy, it is ultimately fulfilling.

What makes a good Support Worker?

We seek individuals who possess qualities such as being able to maintain calmness under pressure, being dependable, being truthful, and having a pleasant demeanor. It is important that you are able to establish strong connections with others through actively listening and understanding them. Additionally, having a good sense of humor is also a desirable trait because laughter can be a powerful tool when fighting for equality and facing daily challenges.
