Who are we?

Dial4Care Recruitment is a 24hr Healthcare Agency dedicated to providing and coordinating all of your health care and support needs. We provide services to care homes and residence in the UK to anyone who requires our services regardless of race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disabilities, ethnic/cultural background, or national origin.

Regulation

Unlike other agencies, every aspect of our service is regulated, examined, and rated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). In our most recent inspection, CQC rated our overall services as GOOD.

Regulation is critical to keeping you safe and ensuring that the caregivers who support you are the best.

You can have peace of mind knowing that our caregivers go above and beyond what is expected of them – a quality that distinguishes us as more than just caregivers.

Our Carers

We at Dial4Care Recruitment are renowned for our excellent customer care and professionalism which ensures a high standard of care and peace of mind. We respect that everyone is an indvidual with a wide range of needs, and we can provide care adapted to tailor suit personal preferences in almost any situation – from a couple of hours a week to full time. The vast majority of people we support should be able to live well with practical, professional and compassionate care, either with support living in or visiting regularly.

You will only ever receive care from someone who is equipped with the necessary skills to support you, so not only will the carer be matched with you based on personality, but to the requirements that benefit your overall wellbeing.
